spoke today with a securities lawyer and he is pretty sure that if a person lies about and inflates their credentials it is ground for firing and if petitioned the securities commission can ...more

I have seen some post that "we should do something about this" (or the like).  Does anyone know if anyone is actually taking this legally?  I mean the vendors that were not paid?
