With the right Financing partner of your assumed 80% ( $80 MM), if one was to acquired the remaining 20% through equity. There would be no immdeiate 'rush' to do so from the get go. Hence ...more

The Sinopec deal is interesting (off-shore). It was for 20% of 24,000bopd, so production of 4,800bopd net and it added 100m recoverable barrels to their reserves. They paid $2.5b. Obviously at 100m ...more

Thanks. Offshore also. Should be noted offshore barrels are worth more than onshore in nigeria. Shell was only looking to divest onshore assets also, but holding on to offshore assets. Major security ...more

You are correct the asset is valuble, oil is sweet and light. It is though 54% net to mira not 100%. Management have indicated 7-10k barrels per day from tsb1 & 3. All though subject to finance ...more
