Looks like curent share price is based on Gold being around $800 an oz.  Very conservative by my estimates....443,000 oz (current estimated reserve filed for the company)$800 per oz31,000,000 ...more

This looks like a "Heads Up" news release to me. They are saying that 8 holes have been drilled already and "All" are in mineralization and some are showing more Visible Gold! ...more

MOA should offer 1 share for 1.5 shares of ANX &  4.5 shares for NIS based on forward earnings & that would leave the NewCo with 100 million o/s.  A 1 for 2 roll back leaves 50 ...more
