Not too concerned about the stated current ratio-its going to change because the shareholders of MOA see the true value of the company north of a dollar a share. MOA is worth double its current price. ...more

Hi Violet, this is not true, you see NIS was a minimum 10 cents stock anyway, stupid managment kept the share price low by dumping.  NIS shareholders are not happy with anything under 20 cents ...more

So far the market is not impressed with the 5.5 ratio.  I believe it is overly generous.  The shareholders of NIS on the other hand must be jumping with joy.Cheers Peter!

I will also note that so far not one shareholder of MOA has tried to sell MOA shares as a flip into NIS. This to me shows the strength of MOA. I do believe that most holders understand that MOA ...more
