A deal would HAVE to be complex

think about it.. qis might have a jv on one hand to deal with.. and then the GM/Saturn contract to deal with on the other. They might need 3 weeks just to dot i's and cross t's alone. It would be a GIANT leap forward for this smallish co. to have to work through. Cant be done overnight even if we all wish it could be.
