I too have asked myself these same things again and again...
Its definitely PUT UP or SHUT UP time for these guys. I think we're at the point where we all have a lot less tolerance for the same mistakes. We'll see definitively over the next two quarters whether things have actually changed... IF they have, then all of our lamenting and whining will be forgotten and we'll all be celebrating.... if not, then I am out.
