It looks like some Big Time Lawyers will have to Resolve CECIL??? there must be a few Americanos upset over it??? Devon & Compton were active at Cecil... WHERE'S THIS 1,000 BPD WELL LOCATED???? Discussions are ongoing with the EUB and pool owners regarding the Company's recent oil pool discovery at Cecil. The pool is rate restricted while the respective partners discuss unitization. Currently Clear Energy is producing at a maximum rate limitation (MRL) of 92 bbl per day from the well which is capable of 750 - 1,000 bbl per day. The Company is hopeful that an agreement can be reached with its partners allowing GPP to be reinstated in the fourth quarter of 2005.
