Bob: A pp is selling part of the company. Be prepared for it. No other way. Probably they will borrow what they can but not exactly a blue chip. Just the way it goes. 20's would be a disappointment, 30's neutral and 40's success in my view. No way they can do a nav calc that is meaningful. Just risk / reward in my view. Delay is better. easy does it Islander
