RE: Trading halted ~9:45 /eom6:45 am pacific time is the same as 9:45 am Ontario time. Trading was halted 15 minutes into the trading day. Could be some kind of imbalance in the orders or unusual trading pattern that caused to exchange to not allow the stock to open and seek clarification from the company to see if any news had been leaked. Since company reps. are likely in western Canada and still sleeping, clarification could take a few hours.
