Its McNeil and Night Hawk Gold property is located in the Larder Lake Mining Division, approximately 50 kilometers (30 miles) southeast of Timmins Ontario within the Abitibi Greenstone belt. Its McNeil and Night Hawk Gold property includes approximately 24,200 acres (9,800 hectares) near Timmins Ontario.
