RE: installation of 20 tpd cyanide plant

RE: installation of 20 tpd cyanide plant Hardlook, the company did not update that portion of its web site, perhaps because it's still their longer-term plan to move the 150tpd mill. In Plexmar's September 22 news release, they're looking at installing a 20tpd plant first: "The funds will be used to pursue exploration on its flagship Bolsa del Diablo gold property and to continue metallurgical testing in order to install a 20 tons per day gold processing plant." The company provided this response to some of my questions a few months ago: -START- After studying the area and the local production, it was concluded to install a 20 tpd cyanide plant. We will start with 20 tpd and expand from there.... The 150 tpd plant is a sulphide mill and it would be too costly too dismantle and move. Also the equipment's capacities are too big. Remember that we will use a generator to operate the mill. The 700 miners are in the 'general' area. there are a lot less located directly on our projects. They understand that they have to deal with us as they will make more money by doing so.. -END- So the company's approach seems to be based on the available funding and the relatively small number of locals working on company property. The chart & moving averages seem to have run their course to the downside. I expect the shares will start climbing soon.
