lilnev2000By all means iterate for us what Rio is actually correct on. I would be interested in what you think he actually has correct. The later part of your statement suggests that showing Rio's statements to be false some how validates them. Thats a major logic flaw. Rio's school of the Big Lie ala Goebbels needs to be challenged or the lies set in to be assumed facts. As for delays, its not really an agency or a company fault. The process of the EIS under NEPA is full of potential delays and environmental groups are expert at exploiting those delays. All of the EIS process can be taken with the shortest possible delay time frame considered, that being a hopeful optimal condition or taken as going to be delay to the maximum extent possible. People involved in this project took the view that they would experiance minimum delay and then became disappointed when average delays in the Permit loop cropped up. Though that makes for a slower fuse, it is not a fatal flaw. Have a good one and I wait for your response on where you think Rio is right.
