RE: Road access and Judge Hearndon's rulingRio
Stop grasping at straws. A judges order for judgement has been put in place. The owner, as you state, can not balk at a Judge's order or FCO can simply have the County Mounties open the gate for them.
What amazes me is you know absolutely nothing about Idaho access law and yet seem perfectly willing to open your yam and blather on about what rights somebody does or does not have.
Have you ever been before either Judge Hearndon or the Idaho Supreme Court on an access related case, Rio? Were you there when we wrote the RS2477 laws for the State of Idaho? How many of your cases have been concured to by the Idaho Supreme Court on access issues?
As on so many other subjects, you rattle on without the facts and than make statements that are patently false. Why is that?
