Interesting trading today, near the close

I see a huge cross went at $7.78 today, around 184,000 shares (RBC). Then the stock finally broke out of its holding pattern (that has been steady around $7.75 ever since SGF became one of the TSE200 stocks) then the share price rose shortly thereafter to $7.95. Something seems to be brewing.
