ADA-$50-60 million Lead &Zinc cashflow

Preliminary investigation leads Maldoror to believe that the lead and zinc deposit can be brought into production immediately as the mine is completely permitted. At 2000 tons a day that mine has a production life of 3-5 years left in it and it looks like it can throw off a total cashflow of $50-$60 million over that period. That money would finance the gold properties into production in 3-4 years at a minimum production rate of 120,000 gold bullion ounces per year that would throw off a minimum of US 30 cents per share cashflow per year. Envisage an equity financing of up to $10 million at $1.00 a share with $10 million debt financing to buy the mill and bring the lead and zinc property in production. ADA would use the L&Z cashflow to bring the gold properties into production at no extra cost to the shareholders in terms of shareholder dilution. It would be a fantastic feat and Maldoror believes it is possible. Patience, little grashopper, just wait for the time when ADA decides to drill some deep holes to prove up the Bendigo interpretation.
