RE: Don"t worry TKOMy two cents - Because the transaction was on Jan 4th - sez to me - the man needed the money ASAP but he wanted his tax liabilities to be deferred to the 2006 tax year - he didn't know or care about the latest well. He's leaving the driving to Art.
