Schachter's Target Adjustment

Schachter's Target Adjustmentand what it means to me. Of course, good40 is right - there was a readjustment re the secondary offering. However, it must also be kept in mind that Sch. sets low targets which he reassesses and updates as they are met. The $8.00 target was used to simply help flog stock. The $6.00 target is but a stepping stone on the way to an eventual breakout. The ball is now in Art's court to see if he can make $1.00 of capital into $5.00s of assets.
