TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc. (nickel/iron DSO mine). Siana is located in Tubod, Surigao del Norte, approximately 35 kilometers from Surigao City and near to Lake Mainit. The Balabag Gold and Silver Mine, which spans a 4,779-hectare Mineral Production Sharing Agreement. The mine is situated within the municipalities of Bayog in Zamboanga del Sur and Diplahan and Kabasalan in Zamboanga Sibugay, Mindanao, Philippines.

big news means nothing to mining stocksIsnt it funny,with the stock acting so pathetically for such a long time we are now suppossed to get excited by what they dont say!Oh yeah and try remember big news means sell off in the gold industry.I have attended many vancouver gold shows,they should change the name to vancouver b.s and show.I intrpret the tight lippedness as not wanting to warn anyone about the upcoming huge dilution.
