I guess the market is telling is that the pendulum swung too far in MP's precipitous drop. Given the positive results of the pilots to this point, there appears to be a real chance that this company will do very, very well. The only question is where will the price move to before it stalls waiting for further developments. I'm not sure whether we are there yet, though I have no way to objectively quantify where we should be.
