RE: Buying Canadian Juniors

RE: Buying Canadian JuniorsI use Ameritrade, where many Canadian stocks are listed on the U.S over the counter market. You generally get charged about 1/2 cent more then the current ask price for bonanza per share to cover the American side cost of purchasing the canadian stock. I think Etrade is similar with a 1/2 cent addition. I have found the trades, at least in smaller lots have gone right through with no problem. Ameritrade is $10.99 for trades, including over the counter(otc). Etrade is $7.99 including otc. I don't have any problem with either, although I am more familiar with Ameritrade. American Bonanza trades over the counter as ABGFF. I always use a limit order and all or none order to be safe.
