RE: Good Luck

RE: Good LuckRe financing at .75 c. One week ago, we would have been delighted with that price. How quickly things change! However, we have to keep in mind that financing is done for business purposes. Any commercial rollout will require that MP have funds in place. Moreover, small caps have learned to strike will the iron is hot. Gather the funds while ye may is a lesson that lots of good small companies have learned the hard way. And, I have little doubt that a the financing did not just come together this morning as the stock was running. So, I am assuming that this has been in the works for a while and I am hoping that the reason is that business prospects suggest that its a prudent thing to do.
