A little dilution "in the wings"

A little dilution "in the wings"Due to the March 26, 2006 expiry of about 7.8 million Ivernia warrants(PP and broker outstanding warrants combined from the March 2004 PP), which will generate close to $10 million on conversion(see note 1 below), we can anticipate modest dilution. This is well known from the financial structure. Nice to be able to convert at around current market price. Perhaps a more important impact will be on the application of warrants as a ceiling limit on risk, by any people using warrants as part of a "shorting strategy". *Note 1: Insiders price for share purchase with a warrant is $1.325 compared to other PP particiapnts' price at $1.25) Peace, Good decision-making to All, ElJ
