KerplunkFor those that might be interested: https://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/DBLaws/Statutes/English/90s05_e.htm Part XXIII.1 relates to civil liability for secondary market disclosure. Anyone think there have been any 'misrepresentations' in HAO's NRs lately? Unsubstantiated promotion is going to be a tough game to play now.
