RE: That is what I meantYou are so right mouseman. I think many people don't that and only amrs trades on the pinks. Once both companies complete their filings and are up to date then they are out of the pinks. I also find it funny how pgdp ( and I do like this stock and made me money) owns only 25% of san miguel; partnership with another of amr's property and also jv with a subsidary of barrick in peru trades at $4.00. Amrs still owns 75% percent of san miguel (this will change once pgdp make the required payments to amrs); jv with pgdp on another property; owns another property and looking for a partner; plus own a producing mill with monthly revenue and only trades at about .22 cents. IMO amrs is way undervalue. Amrs has twice the shares of pgdp and imo should trade at half of pgdp.....$2.00. Think about it and do the math. Does pgdp have revenue now? I don't think so but it does have Europen investors ready to lend it money. Don't forget AMRS owns the two properties it jvs with pgdp.
