RE: Are you a professional investor or not?
RE: Are you a professional investor or not?Unfortunately, to survive in the business world it is generally wise to use what tools are legally available. If bza helped to legally engineer their price higher pre merger, then I also applaud them for it. They did what was best for their stock holders in that event. I wish its could have been as successful, but let's face it: Taurus had no bargaining position with all their problems looming at that time.
If bza did help increase their own share price pre merger, I at least feel somewhat comfortable knowing that bza might fight on behalf of the shareholders again should that need arise.
Incidently, I was a 100% Taurus shareholder at the time, and I have no blame towards bza for negotiating the best deal they could make. Unfortunatly that's just business. I would have been more then happy to have witnessed Taurus being as successful.
I still believe in both bza and the old Taurus properties, so I sucked it up and built my position back higher then previous levels of old Taurus.
