PRESIDENT SUBSCRIBES TO PRIVATE PLACEMENT Peterborough Capital Corp.'s president, Paul A. Dumas, has arranged a sale of three million common shares of Peterborough Capital. The sale was an exempt distribution pursuant to National Instrument 45-102 Section 2.8 and a Form 45-102 F1 was filed on Stockwatch SEDAR on Jan. 26, 2006. Mr. Dumas stated that the proceeds of the sale of the securities would be used to subscribe to the private placement announced by the company in Stockwatch on Jan. 27, 2006.
