"The chalk marks tell no lies". The brokers , brokerage community thinks these results are poorly reported, hence no buying from the outside and the insiders are selling their 30 cent PP that was just released.
I am unsure the management is moving fast to sign off on the .15 cent PP stock as there seems to be a fair amount of stock that has not processed according to the people I talk to. Regards Jim Andrews
