RE: Sell offHave to agree with the both Zeta and Peter, the fact that Jason does seem to be dumping a tonne is of no question. The big problem here is whether he is getting rid of stock because he knows something is coming down the pipe, or is he just selling off for profit. It is not against the law to sell your shares but I think before anyone buys this now or in the future you need to discern why this has gone on. G-Man.
I was contacted by the company last week - this time spoke with Frank - and was informed that "exciting news" will be out on the 15th (I believe). When I probed the content of previous news releases I was diverted away from a proper answer and quickly passed off a few reasons for their need to withold certain information. Frank also downplayed Jason's selling, stating something about him having around 5M shares and that taking a few profits by selling into an uptrend was the right thing to do, as oppose to selling into a downtrend and sinking the company. Fair enough, I suppose, but it failed to convience me why I should be buying into this future news? Frank did confirm that the company employes 6 people; however, I'm still not clear on what their participation in the project entails? At the end of the day, it remains unclear why I should re-invest in HAO? Maybe the next news release will sort that question out.
Cheers,
Sky.
