RE: WAWA news.comI drove to the leadbetter sight today just to see exactly how far it is(WITH MY CAR).Wawa is located on a lake (WawaLake).Follow highway 101 NE to the end of Wawa lake 7.6kms.Exactly at the end of the lake theres a road to the left,go in 4kms and thats where the DOR property starts.If you go on google earth you can see it,the property starts in the brown area.The brown area is the old fume kill from Algoma Ore.Theres a no trespassing sign posted there from DOR so i didnt go any further.The road was excellent.
