Why such a dog?

I'm a shareholder or ER. I'm not complaining but wondering. ER's projects have high potential, they have strong management (according to Grandich and others), their partners are majors (major companies would only partner with a junior if they have good properties or they think the junior management is capable). So why the share price has been so low?
