They're litigating over the Oct 31 agreement and effective "operatorship", not ownership. Keep it in perspective. It's a bump that could delay development, not prevent it. The value is still there and shared as per JV agreement. I also think if DB's delay tactic is found to be groundless, they could be liable for related costs. Anyone interested in a resolution date pool? My guess is April.
