Mr. Eugene Larabie reports
GOLD RESULTS FOR RESOURCE CALCULATION
Coronado Resources Ltd. has released a summary of assay results from its recently completed diamond-drill CO5 program on its Madison project in Montana. Hole CO5-5 was not completed to projected depth as drilling could not penetrate a very hard iron stone jasperoid unit early in the hole. Also reported in the table below are the higher-grade gold results from previous drill programs. All the holes test a mineralized skarn approximately 200-feet-wide along a limestone contact for a strike length of 900 feet. These results, along with over 50 additional intercepts from five to 15 feet in width, with grades of 0.125 to 0.3 ounce ton of gold, are currently being input into a 3-D modelling program. A block ore resource calculation is expected to be completed in March. Copper assays are currently being tabulated for release.
