The Company's oil and gas operations are conducted through two entities, Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (Abraxas Petroleum) and Southern Oil Company (Southern Oil). Abraxas Petroleum operates oil and natural gas wells.

Same lie from BH, another day. Initially I believed since Howard Group also announced that date. It seems to me that HG is also part of the same group and cannot be trusted anymore. Shame on HG too for providing false information in their newsletter.
