RE: MARTY..now if we can just get some houses

RE: MARTY..now if we can just get some housesI think that a lot of people/houses are becoming aware, if not already aware of the potential of this company and are just waiting for some follow through. I mean, lets face it, this company's been in the gutter for over ten years, I don't think people are gonna jump up and down over small achievements (small in the overall scheme of things, not small in the achievement itself). Most investors, including myself, want to see more than just news releases and promotion (although these things are very important), we want to see results. I'm satisfied with the results that I've been seeing up to this point. I think Janik and the Heritage team are doing an excellent job. It's definitely been enough to capture my full attention, but then again, I'm only investing on behalf of myself. The houses are responsible for a lot more than just a "personal" investment. They require much more certainty that their investments will bring increased share holder value. Their name and future depends on it. However, just because a house doesn't cover this stock doesn't mean that some of their brokers/agents/employees aren't already invested in it (on a personal level). The criteria is always much more stringent when it comes to house investments or coverage. In any case, I agree with you and have already mentioned this company to others. Some professional, some not. And while every little bit helps, I think that the results of this company's efforts will speak the loudest, as they have so far. All the Best Marty P
