It could be that they will have need for lots of capital for a major expansion and development in the near future. It looks to me like they have some BIGGGGGGG plans which will be revealed shortly. Watch for the stock to hit $ 2.00 this year. Insiders are getting the positioning into place right now. Don't worry - this will not be privatized-
