Manipulation

ManipulationSleepy and Fool: I know this will appear to be a very naive question to you both but could you expand a bit on your contention that the stock price is being manipulated? How does that work? Presumably the manipulators work the system so that they dupe sellers into selling too low and then dupe buyers into buying too high. But how do they do that? The people they are fooling should be relatively intelligent but are you saying that they somehow are being tricked into doing something they would not otherwise do? You imply that this happens quite regularly, just moreso in the case of IVW. Shouldn't the regulators be able to spot this somehow?
