HLD, excellent analysis of the whole scheme. I believe you are right in that Acquireco and partners are manipulating this whole thing - all legally - to their advantage. Like I said in my earlier post and you have reitrated they are forcing us to sell our shares at a huge discount making $1.00 and change (if we actually receive it) look like a good deal. so far they are buying the shares below $0.80 and not willing to up the bids, and some are selling in the .60-.80 range thinking they are getting a good deal compared to a month ago..while the buyers will be laughing all the way to the bank soon.. also, we need to hear from a few more on this bb...
