SA ...

SA ...Lets all keep in mind that IVN does not legally need an SA to start mining. We all assume that the SA is necessary for IVN to be able to attract Bank financing and/or a partner to buy in to help develop. I don't think the big miners will be partnering with IVN. I think he will jump over them and deal directly with end user mega industries. As someone just stated, the SA delay may be a ruse to keep the RIO and BHP's of the world from mounting take over bids while IVN quietly negotiates with the end user community in China, Korea, Japan and perhaps India. Those countries will for sure not want a BHP to buy IVN if the intent is to maintain inflated commodity prices. Those countries would very much want more commodities at lower prces so they have a big incentive to make sure the "maintain status quo" scenario does not happen. This is the kind of stuff countries went to war over not to many decades ago. Perhaps far fetched, but you have consider all the angles so as not to be taken completely by surprise and also to help plan your own strategy re: IVN/ETG. Brian
