Ownership rules?

Ownership rules?Read an article posted by another poster about China changing the ownership rules on mining gold, wonder if this will affect MUN. May explain the delay in getting the licenses. China looking for a bigger part of the pie and if so at what price will they pay? Hope this isn't true would like to see my remaining stock holding double and triple as expected in the long run. https://www.minesite.com/storyFull5.php?storySeq=3350
