Hey HLDalongtime. The deals states that everything back to the beginning of the year acrues to the purchasers. If you project HLD lot sales forward since Sept 30 2005 it is not much of a stretch to come up with no debt and even a decent cash balance laying around now. I don't think I would take the bet that maybe there is even 7 Million there! How do we know what's in the bank? Pay out the Cash Portion of the offer with HLD's own cash? Priceless!
