And I guess I didn't know we were even entertaining the thought of selling off everything wholesale now. There might have been some competing bids if we had done even the smallest bit of marketing. I don't understand how the General Partner, who is working dilligently to enhance unitholder equity, could conceive of selling all the partnerships assets (to themselves!) at a time when real estate prices have rising to dizzying heights and the prospect of unitholder profits abound. . . Or wait did I just answer my own question!
