Example of type of investor there are...I hate when someone posts their comments without doing ANY Due Diligence...despite how easy it would have been to know the true story...BRINGS TO MIND Homer Simpson's favourite saying ...look that up if you don't know! Someone posted that NRI has only $2MM...did you read the whole release. They have more than that, the financial statements indicated they had $2mm at year end, BUT --> Subsequent to year-end, the Company has raised $6.5 million in non-dilutive financing from three financial events. First, on January 6, 2006 the Company sold its head office in Markham, Ontario. Second, on January 17, 2006 the Company expanded its Pennsaid(R) rights agreement with Squire Pharmaceuticals Inc. (formerly Dimethaid Health Care Ltd.) and raised $500,000 from the issue to Squire of a three-year convertible debenture. Third, from December 31, 2005 to February 28, 2006, the Company has received $1.7 million in cash proceeds from warrants exercised and employee stock purchases. They are looking for more money but that is to expand their pipeline.. Don't you think they said this because they are confident that a partner will be announced soon enough and an injection of funds will be coming at the same time to continue to fund Pennsaid until commercialization??? Do you actually think they would expand pipeline while jeopardizing the whole company by running out of money when they are this close?
