RE: the good news is Rusty I do not know I have not even filed my defense yet . waiting too see what settlement may be offered to me. I will however let you know as soon as I do. One lawyer did suggest that I may be dead and never see court/ But you keep worrying for me I have other interests at the Moment and it will help me stay young at heart. Regards Jim Andrews
