RFI ... Seriously out-of-touch with my PTR holdings. Seems like some serious momentum. Falls on stony soil. What is the driver? Why did Kenny and Co. put down new $$$? Have been travelling and not paying attention to the Board. Should be something positive to cause this short spike. WHAT? Thanks for update. Still an OPTIMIST but...
