Aquisition? Both CCO/NEM have, for a long time, demonstrated to the marketplace their ability to adapt to ever changing supply and demand environments coupled with relatively large socio-economic and regional/political challenges, let alone something as small(albeit significant to some degree) as legal challenges by disgruntled bullies suffering from a shrinking share in a product they believe is their's alone to manipulate. I have been following CCO(SMDC) for more than twenty years and have been witness to many of the challenges they have had to deal with.....land claims/empoyment equity/legal challenges from all directions for just about any reason/environmental challenges(including the activities of Greenpeace) to name just a few. CCO/NEM, CCO especially, have a very impressive track record in dealings with competitors, special interest groups, and governments from all over the world. They have built world class relationships everywhere they have gone and they make money....truck loads of it! They will continue to keep their experienced hand in here and I suspect, as they have in the past many times, broker a deal and all will be satisfied. (CCO/NEM with the lions share, De Beers may or may not stick around...either way there will be a cost attached to their leaving or staying. This play is a long term investment. I have alot of confidence in all management here CCO/SGF/CRJ etc. In short, the legal "shyte" here will dry up n fall from this big bear's arse real soon. Regards, Sara
