RE: Investorline Is Really Slipping

RE: Investorline Is Really SlippingHi, Please tell me more about problems that you have. In the past couple of months, it is almost impossible to log in between 9:30am and 10am. I think that their servers get overloaded and can not handle the volume. I sent them an email about a month ago and told them not to jerk me around saying I have to restart the computer and that crap. Today, it was the worst day yet. I called the technical support and after going around the circles CS rep finally admitted that one of the servers was down. When I asked what about the rest of the days, she said she would look into it. She said that their Rogers technicians are looking into logs or whatever and nothing seems to be wrong, blah, blah, blah. I told her that technicians are lying. They didn't just cost me money today, they cost me money every single day in the past 2 months because I can not log in. I think we should get together and sue them. I don't like being lied to.
