Dark Days Ahead for BNC (me thinks)

Dark Days Ahead for BNC (me thinks)I keep trying to give BNC the benefit of the doubt but everything about this company is starting to smell. Some questions: 1. As mentioned by toothpick, why does BNC release scant information in these press releases (e.g., additional data is required) but if you call "Jennifer" you get the supposed full story (i.e., injection data that is already in hand and being sent to the USDA immediately)? 2. Somewhat related to the above, the following USDA statement is nightmare material for the vaccine approval: "the supplied data is not sufficient to support a product registration". How can BNC in good conscience not tell its long-suffering shareholders what this means? 3. How long has BNC been sitting on the USDA and Health Canada decisions (did they really both just arrive after 4 pm yesterday?) or has BNC been holding onto one of them so that the joint update would soften the blow of the USDA non-approvable letter? 4. If the vaccine is the miracle drug that BNC claim, why are regulatory agencies delaying it? Is it perhaps because it is not as efficacious as BNC claims? Or perhaps the need for mass vaccinations is not as great as BNC cleaims (remember this is only for feedlots and so although it would potentially work against hamburger sickness, it would do nothing for waterborne e.coli such as that at Walkerton)? Are we getting the full story? Or do we have to call "Jennifer" for that? 5. Why did Graeme McCrae feel necessary to taunt Health Canada (i.e., claiming they were being riduculous for requesting such data)? BNC is really smelling like a rotten egg to me. I think the management is more likely to blame for the poor share price (as opposed to MM's).
