RE: regulatorsNo disrespect to you Option but I got to get to the bottom of this (i.e., is BNC really giving information to people who call and speak to "Jennifer" that is not readily available to all?). I just sent Ms. Jennifer Shea at BNC the following email:
"Dear Ms. Shea:
Recently on an internet bulletin board (i.e., stockhouse.ca), a poster has claimed to have recently spoken with a "Jennifer" at Bioniche who has provided them with information that:
1. the USDA request for additional data on BNC's E.coli cattle vaccine is associated with hazard information associated with injection risks to animal workers;
2. that BNC has such hazard data on hand and it is being submitted immediately to the USDA; and
3. it is now BNC's opinion that approval of the E.coli cattle vaccine is 3-6 months away.
I am actually pretty confident that this information has not been provided verbally to anyone (I think that would be against the Canadian securties law - wouldn't it?) but I just thought I would check with Bioniche.
So could you please confirm that Bioniche has not released (i.e., either verbally or in writing) the details on the type of data requested by the USDA? In addition, would it also be possible to confirm that an estimated time for USDA review and approval is not being provided by Bioniche?
Thanks in advance (and no disrespect at all intended - I am quite sure that Bioniche would not disclose information to certain people that was not readily available to all of its shareholders)."
I'll keep you all posted on what I found out. And once again, Option, no disprespect intended...
