Yes, it is a good time to buy. Why would it not be. There is almost 2 mill. shares sold, some in large lots, the insiders have been acquiring, and they are in the know. I have some, and have bought more, and will buy more as I sell others that have moved. Some of my picks in the past...PLY, MC, HAO.
