RE: ExplanationThere is news release this am from Look. Look Communications has applied the the CRTC to enter into BC. They have also recently joined forces with Internet Direct and so should be able to supply wirless internet tv and radio. UBS has a deal with Look. Look stated in the release that they are planning for rapid deplowment into British Columbia. They are hoping to service 1 million househlods in there first year after obtaining license.
